New Policy in Quarantine Reports

Good day CABALists,

We would like to thank everyone for continuously reporting the Quarantine Section of our Official Forum Board. In the light of protecting our valiant reporters’ identity, we would like to promote new guidelines in reporting Third Party Program Users and Abusive Bringers.

We are aware of the threats received by our brave reporters. In order to avoid in-game threats on their CABAL characters, we advise that you send your veracious reports to this email address cabalphquarantine@gmail.com.

NOTE: This email address shall only be entertaining reports about Abusive Users/TPP Users and Abusive Bringers


Guidelines in Reporting:

To be able to report directly to cabalphquarantine@gmail.com, please follow these guidelines:

1. In your e-mail, use the format below as the TITLE of your message, otherwise, your reports would not be considered as valid. (Ito ang dapat na titulo ng inyong email sa pagsumbong ng reports upang magawan ng paraan ang inyong sumbong)

a. Server-Abusive TPP User- If your report is about a botter, speedhacker, damage-hacker and the likes, please use this format.

b. Server- Abusive Bringer- If your report is about an abusive bringer, please use this format.

Example: TITLE: Mercury-Abusive TPP User

2. The content of your email (o ang nilalaman ng inyong email) should have the following format:

IGN: (Ilagay ang pangalan ng isusumbong) Place the IGN of the offender here.
Offense: (Ilagay ang ulat ng sumbong) Place the details of your report here.
Screenshot: Attach your screenshot on the email, if you had a video of the offense, place a link of the video of the offender. (Ilagay ang larawan ng gumawa ng offense, kung nakunan mo sya ng video, ilagay ang “link” ng video dito)


Rest assured that the other remaining concerns in the Quarantine Section are already in the process of investigation and will still be taken into consideration.

Question: How will I know if my report has already been forwarded to the CABAL team?

Answer: A message shall be sent stating that your report is now already being processed, a message shall also be sent stating if the offender has already been blocked.

CABAL Scheduled Maintenance Tomorrow

All CABAL Online Game Servers will undergo Server Maintenance this Friday, September 11, 2009 from 10AM until 12PM.

Gamers are reminded to avoid using short-termed periodical premium Items before the Scheduled Server Maintenance and to log-off at least ten [10] minutes before the Scheduled downtime.

Changes after the Scheduled Server Maintenance today:

- Increase of SUB-PASSWORD Block sensitivity from 5 invalid entries to 20 invalid entries before being blocked by the system.

- Deactivation of Level Progression Event from NPC Yul
- Insertion of Rewards for Level 170 Users who joined the NPC Event
- Activation of NEW NPC EVENT- Charisma Panda Hunt

- Removed inactive Nation WAR Winning Bonus/FLAG on selected servers due to the bugged encountered last Saturday 6PM.

This month, CABAL is going to be more exciting as we unleash the COMBO Event and other guild war activities!

GUIDE FOR SEPTEMBER EVENTS

FORUM EVENT: PEPPY PET BANNER

Create a pet banner and win the pet of your choice!

1. All you have to do is to make a banner of your choice of PET by using Adobe shop or any creative program tool.
2. Make sure that your banner size is not larger than 800px × 459 px
3. You can also write a creative tagline for your pet to make your banner more interesting!
4. That’s not all; aside from having the pet of your choice, the best Banner will also get a chance to be featured in the CABAL Website!
5. Winners will get to pick ANY pet as a reward EXCEPT the Outer invader.
6. The Forum Thread will be open on Sept 1 to September 30, 2009.
7. Entries must all be in on September 29, 2009.
8. Prizes will be given on October 6, 2009 after the maintenance.
9. Prizes and mechanics are subject to change
10. The GM’s decision is final.

IN-GAME EVENT: GIVE ME FIVE!

The Great Sages in CABAL is searching for five valiant warriors forming the Roman Numeral Five in the immediate time. The group with the most spectacular formation shall be rewarded by the Game Masters with a Premium Periodical treasure. These humble emissaries shall deliver the command so listen closely, and gain luck!

In-Game Event Conditions:

1. The GM will be conducting a GM Buff on all players creating the V Formation
2. GM will choose 2 teams with the Best V Formation
3. The two teams shall be invited to join a party and by GM’s command, shall create a new formation (example: circle, x-formation or square formation).
4. Once they’re done, they should execute /dance2.
5. Contingents would only be given 10 seconds to complete the action until the GM shouts END.
6. Players should do these commands in great synchronization, and then the other players or spectators shall vote for the best formation.
7. Voting will be announced on loud chat; the first team to get 5 votes after the GM gives the GO signal, wins the event!
8. Winners will each receive a premium periodical item.

General Conditions:

1. Participants who have previously won in the same in-game event are disqualified from winning
2. All decisions made by the In-Game Event Facilitators are final. Any disputes and the player will forfeit his/her prize.
3. Players other than the in-game event participants who disrupt the event will be penalized with GM Debuff or Kick-out command.
4. GM's Decision is FINAL, prizes and mechanics are subject to change to change without notice.
   
   

Get Ready for the King of Combo!

Malakas ka ba sa Combo hits?

In-Game Event Conditions:

1. In order to join, players must register in the Official Forums of CABAL Online and sign up in the Official King of Combo Thread by visiting the section Guild Assembly according to their Server category during these dates: August 31-September 5, 2009.

2. Only players who have reached COMBO strikes of 11 hits and above can join this event.

3. Only players who can reach COMBO strikes of 11 hits and above will be recognized as valid strikes in the event proper.
4. Registered players will vie for the title of "King of Combo" at a given date in Premium Channel 9. Announcement of qualified entries shall be announced in game on the scheduled date based on the September Calendar of Events

5. Entries shall also be announced in the forums so be sure to always check the official thread for updates.
6. The winner will receive a periodical prize but will be challenged by a spectator (1 unregistered user from the audience)
7. The winner for that day will again be challenged next week through new registrants in the Forums.
8. The ultimate King of Combo winner will be featured on the website and will receive an extra premium periodical item.

General Conditions:

1. Participants who have previously won in the same in-game event are disqualified from winning
2. All decisions made by the In-Game Event Facilitators are final. If there are any disputes, the player will forfeit his/her prize.
3. Players other than the in-game event participants who disrupt the event will be penalized with GM Debuff or Kick-out command.
4. GM's Decision is FINAL

Boys vs. Girls

We are inviting all CABALists to settle the war between leader Procyon and Capella in a great gender-classed battle. Get the real score between Male and Female characters as they collide in an epic battle in the world of Nevareth!

Though both Capella and Procyon emphasize the importance of gaining wisdom in CABAL, they differ in one fundamental aspect. Capella, the female leader, strives for equal education that will promote synergy and subsequent development. On the contrary, Procyon is a man who emphasizes education geared toward developing a single most outstanding leader.

In-Game Event Conditions:

1. Players must register in the Official Boys vs. Girls Thread by visiting the section CABAL Online Discussions at a given period. (August 31-September 6, 2009)

2. Players must submit an un-edited screenshot of their female/male character in order to join this event, IGN and Server.

3. Players might not necessarily be women/men in real life as long as their character is registered under male or female

4. First 10 qualified Players from boys/girls division will compete on a given date/schedule by the CM in Premium Channel 9.

5. Announcement of qualified entries shall be announced in game on the scheduled date based on the September Calendar of Events

6. Entries shall also be announced in the forums so be sure to always check the official thread for updates.

7. If the player is not in the stated venue 5 minutes before the event, he/she or their team will automatically be disqualified.

8. Winners will receive a premium periodical item.

General Conditions:

1. Participants who have previously won in the same in-game event are disqualified from winning

2. All decisions made by the In-Game Event Facilitators are final. Any disputes and the player will forfeit his/her prize.

3. Players other than the in-game event participants who disrupt the event will be penalized with GM Debuff or Kick-out command.

Mr. MOG

Updated ka ba sa mga happening sa MOGTV? Kung hindi mo pa naranasan manalo ng exciting prizes in MOGTV’s voucher give-aways, then this is you chance to win a Premium Periodical Item in CABAL Online!

All you have to do is to search for the odd mysterious character, MR. MOG!
Mr. Mog often traverses the vast dangerous world of Nevareth disguising his name with weird symbols or characters. However, if you catch him and answer his question, he will reward you with a sweet deal of treasure.

TIP: Beware of impostors, Mr. MOG will often ask you questions about MOGTV without asking Alz in return, so tune in every Friday at 11:30 pm on TV5!

In-Game Event Conditions:

1. A GM will disguise himself as a normal character with weird symbols/numbers on his name

2. He will ask questions on the previous episode of MOG TV

3. Players must find him and answer his question through given clues (Hide and Seek)

4. The player must be able to answer the question within 2 minutes

5. If the player succeeds in answering Mr. MOG's question, he will receive a premium periodical item.

6. Rewards shall be given after the scheduled server maintenance.

General Conditions:

1. Participants who have previously won in the same in-game event are disqualified from winning

2. All decisions made by the In-Game Event Facilitators are final. Any disputes and the player will forfeit his/her prize.
